Duration: Joined in JANUARY, 2015 till NOVEMBER,2016 ( Campus Placement) - 1 Year and 11 Months Designation: International Marketing Executive (Business Development) Job Responsibilities: • Conduct research on market conditions and consumer demands in international markets (mainly in Middle East Countries and European Countries) to set sales and pricing levels of leather footwear and Garments. • Establish and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans for both vendors and buyers • Develop market at the local, national and international levels for a wide variety of product lines of footwear and garments for the ethnic market through networking • Present global marketing opportunities to companies by finding buyers for footwear and Garments. • Co-develop the annual sales strategy & forecasts and then take responsibility for delivering established targets and make purchase order, negotiations etc. • To follow the quality inspection of the product during the production cycle and sample development. Achievements in Superhouse Group: • Generated a business of Footwear from a new client of Canada (Regence Footwear) • Also started exporting Footwear, garments and leather Accessories to major Gulf Countries like Oman, Qatar, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Jordon and getting a export orders of around Rs. 4 Cr. annually during my tenure in Superhouse • Also develop a market of Safety Items i.e. Safety Footwear and Gloves in Malaysia and South Africa, which is a new product for me. • I have also created a long business association with Major Companies in UAE and Saudi Arabia who directly supply Safety Footwear and Leather item to major government and Oil Sector. We are having a business agreement with these company and getting a bulk order from them annually. • Created a international market for their new brand “PANACEA” which deals in Safety items and generated orders for Safety Shoes and Garments of this brand .
