Worked as an Asst. HR manager in SVS Green Energy Private Limited,Noida. My primary responsibilty was to assist the Advisor of the company in due deligence of acquisition of two small hydro power projects for SVS Green Energy Private Limited which are based in Uttarkhand, coordinating with the owners of SHEP(Small Hydro Electric Power) Projects and the consultants for the acquisition of a hydro power project,dealt with the other office administration work, preparation of HR Manual for SVS Green Energy Private Limited and for it’s group companies and implementation of social programs under Vyom Welfare Society. The proposal was to improve the lives of the villagers residing near the rural area of Western Uttar Pradesh by venturing into the Business development(Dairy Business).My role was to coordinate the activities between the vendors and other affliated parties for the set up of the project.

Worked in a ministry of human resource, government of India, sponsored open source software project. I was a part of a team of programmers, testers under the direction of Dr. J.D. Sharma, Chief Project Investigator & professor of electrical engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. My role was to develop a control systems toolbox on the server, which is a domain subject in the electrical engineering field. We aimed and intended to build a free web service where numerical problems are sent from the client, upon the computation on the servers, the result is sent back to the client’s machine.

Worked in a global Information Technology outsourcing firm which has a noticeable presence in the global market. We as trainees dealt with open system domain which lead me useful knowledge of C, C++, Oracle, VB, Perl development languages and tools.
