Job Description

Summary : Web based project with basic CRUD and Search operations (one or more fields as per the module requirement) for all the modules. Reports are required for each module and calculations will be shared in detail to the person undertaking the project.
Each module will be accessed based on the type of user login.


Providing the high level requirements below. Detail requirements will be shared.
1. Login : Three types of users - Normal, Admin and Super Admin. Password based authentication with ability to reset the password for themselves.Only Admin can create the users and can reset there password at any time.
2. Company: Only Super Admin can create. Update can be done by Admin/SuperAdmin. Normal users can only view. Fields to be available will be shared in detail.
3. Customer Master and Details : Each Customer can have multiple vehicles, master will need to capture these details for each customer along with customer personal information. Customer details will have to have CRUD for each vehicle in Master to capture the vehicle details.
4. Employee : Admin can create the Employees. Personal details of each Employeed need to be captured. An employee can also be an agent.
5. Agent : Admin can create the Agent. Details of Agent both personal and the comission percentages will need to be captured.
6. Insurance Company : Admin can create the Insurance company details with options to capture details of the company and type of insurance and the percentage commission. Calculations of the insurance amount and the agent commission will need to be calculated. Calculations details will be shared.
7.Insurance Master : For each customer/Vehicle combination capture the insurance details of the customer.
8. Insurance Details : Details of the insurance with details like the agent for the insurance, start and expiry date of the insurance, Premiums, Payment details to be captured.
9. Reports: High level report below. Exact details will be shared later.

Excel export - List containing the customer name and the Phone no to be provided.
Reports for Agents based on Date range , Agent (multi select), Employee(multi select)
Report for Company - Date Range, Insurance Company(multi select)
For admin as soon as they log in show a message with Last login details of the Employees
Renewal Report - Export to Excel which can be used for sending SMS - 30 days before policy start date(allow date range selection. By default it shout be between today and 30 days before) .Excel to contain the customer name, Renewal date, phone number, whatsapp number
Employee wise report - only for the logged in user based on date range
Customerwise - Amount pending report
Not Renewed Report after expiry date
Insurance company wise report with all the fields
