I have a many clients in the steel industry. Each of my client has different categories of products, each category has different products in it. I need a website in which there are two modules > in first module the visitor will select his location from drop-down list and then will type the product he is searching for, when clicked on search he should get the list of all the client factories located in the area producing the product given by the user. When the user selects a factory it should show the product details like price-per-1000, availability, and different customization options available with the product. If the user like it he will place a order (no payement gateway needed), the order form will contain No. of items,required delivery date, place to deliver the product and contact details, when the user submits the form the order will goto the particular factory and the factory owner will contact the buyer for further process. In the second module the user will search the factory producing a certain product in a particular area. The user should be able to select and book a appointment time with the factory representative depending upon the availability in the upcoming days. The admin must be able to add the different factories, their products and other details like price, location, etc. The factory owner will have a login in which he can only see which order came for him and update the appointments timings he has available. We would like add a few special features in the commerce cart. U can visit shop2build.com ... We require someone who needs to make changes in the drupal commerce cart as per our requirements for shipping charges and payment COD extra options. We need the following changes required:- 1) Classification of products in the cart based on the type of shipping charges category 2) Payment when COD chosen , shud classify products under the COD category , Partial COD category & NO COD category & then split the amount which has to be paid thru the gateway nd the amount to be collected for COD. 3) Auto complete option for a few products. 4) Menu as in homedepot.com 5)Category based search like in homedepot.com 6) Popup to see items in the cart 7) Allow anonymus user to checkout as guest The products when added to the cart have to segregate into 4-5 categories in the cart. then different shipping charges have to be applied to the different categories as per the algorithm defined. Suppose you add products in shop2build.com into the cart eg:-- U add 1. Basin & Closet, Blue Colour - Rs 1000 2. Bangalore Pure Sand - Rs 5000 3. Door & Glass - Rs 10000 then go to the check out page i.e. the actual shopping cart page , what we want here is the products which r added to the cart have to be segregated into different categories . Like the Basin & closet goes to the category called "Order Size" , the Bangalore Pure Sand goes to the category called " Free Shipping " & the Door & Glass goes to the category of " Doors". Once the products r sorted out into different categories , once u proceed from that same page and select the checkout box again , here is when the shipping charges have to be applied based on the category . 1. Free Shipping -- No shipping charges will be applied directly the subtotal of those products in tat category. 2. Order Size -- Here the shipping will be based on the size of the order i.e. amount eg. if the value of the order is less than Rs 2000 then a shipping charge of Rs200 will be applied. if the value of the order is above Rs2000 than its free shipping 3. Doors -- Here shipping will be based on the number of doors or other products under this category. suppose the number of products is less than 10nos then shipping charge is Rs 200 if the number of products is more than 10 nos then shipping charge is free. In both the categories Order size and the doors, the shipping charge will depend on the sum of the amount ( for order size ) and on sum of the number of products ( for Doors). Therefore when the administrator adds different products to the shopping cart from the back end, he has to have the option of adding the type of shipping category there itself. So in the front end when the customer adds the products to the cart, the product is added to the predefined category. Kindly please find attached above a few pictures for understanding better. Secondly also the payment option when COD is chosen the products have to segregate between products which r for cod and the others which r not for cod. there fore the amount to be paid thru payment gateway has to be separated from the total amount , balance amount being the amount available for cod. There r 3 types of payment options for different products in our cart if one choses COD option. Products Under 1. Partial COD ( meaning 20% of the total amount has to be paid in advance thru the payment gateway , the rest 80% is thru COD.) 2. No COD ( meaning 100 % products have to be paid thru the payment gateway ) 3. Full COD ( 100 % payment thru COD ) So if the customer chooses COD option then the products in the last page have to segregate or split there amount like a table
