Project Description: Online School Management System (.NET & SQL) We are the marketing arm of an online subscription based school / tutoring solution Our primary focus is the Fee Management Module and ideally would prefer a ready-to-demo School Management System that comes with source codes Overview Parents subscribe to our services either by family or by student Parents register each child (student) and select a package Parents enter a contract period Parents pay monthly or Yearly Parents supply details for deductions (Credit Account or Credit Card) Details are entered into Fusebill Fusebill ID is entered in records Records are entered into Suppliers system where a username and password is supplied Installation takes place Debits are processed each month Parents / Card Holder can access account online (Fusebill - change Card details) The data flow The telesales section will either enter the records into the attached XLS OR have the client enter the records into a webpage (to be created – a base sample attached) The telesales will send the daily completed XLS or CSV as required A recording of the payment methodology will be sent Upon receipt the recording will be converted into a payment methodology details - The payment methodology details will be entered into Fusebill a ID from Fusebill will be entered alongside the customers record into the school fee system(import from XLS or CSV) Clients entering their details via the webpage must be linked to Fusebill to auto create a record and a ID the webpage details must be entered into the “school fee system” on the 11th day an entry (import – details not yet available – hopefully a CSV file) will be entered into this system (proposed-yla.jpg) On the day of the Installation a XLS will be sent to the Telemarketer - The telemarketer will contact the client and install the product (supply login details , urls and explain access ) On the 14th day after installation an email is sent to Clients with welcome email – are you getting the best use (template design – editable?)
