We have given the support even after go live the website but she want to extend functionality or features using the support service. We have done as much as possible. But, she continuously sending mail regarding extension of features and she wants us to do that using support service. We always give support for any bug based on our work. we can't fulfill any additional requirement continuously after go live the website under support service.
