I have an experience of approximately 7 years working in an International BPO with UK process which involved providing excellent customer service, using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, answering calls, being punctual and efficiently multi-tasking between all the above categories. I have enhanced my typing speed with regular practice and can dedicate my whole day to provide quality results. I intend to resolve quantity work provided, without compromising with quality.
