• Led the project to bring the Corporate Credit Analysis to India from various geographies, in a phased manner. Taking stakeholders consent and devising the transition plan and BCP for the same. • Established Large Corporate Credit analysis division of HSBC. Charted strategic decision for the entire credit unit as well as established BCP plan. Made a saving of six figure dollar amount, designed a business plan as per that & collaborated with various stakeholders for same. • Established and nurtured a 100 member Corporate Credit Analysis Team across two centres, Bangalore and Kolkata • Undertook Credit analysis of the client company and recommended on the credit worthiness of the clients, for exposure the bank can take, commenting on the profit the bank earns from the clients, and suggesting ways to improve it. • Prepared reports on Macro-economic factors affecting the performance of the Industry and the client company.
