Job Responsibilities: Senior MIS Executive cum Client Coordinator • Circulation of various reports/status through Excel and Access (MIS) and managing day to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team to meet with the required service level components, standard targets. • Joining formalities, Pay rolling, Attendance tracking, Salary disbursement, PF, ESIC, P tax and Incentive calculation. • Ensure escalations and complaints from clients are resolved with urgency and kept at a minimum through regular coaching and feedback to the team. • To develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior client experience by highly knowledgeable and to act as the communication conduit between frontlines and Management. • People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development, Operational Management, Managing the floor, adherence to schedule. • Manage the information technology resources for our businesses. • Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same. • Manage the security and availability of data services and measure the performance of computing systems and implement upgrades when necessary. • Responsible for identifying training requirements for team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business.
