I have well experienced and qualified in the telecom sector in the technical and Management fields and also generally I have a good knowledge on office based jobs which are MS word, Excel, Outlook and in addition to the above I have well experienced in ISP call centers as a technical support agent and also I have a fare knowledge on internet related applications. I am hardworking, communicate effectively, have attention to detail, and I am used to keeping deadlines. Previously worked as a chat support with Convergys handling Skype and Microsoft account, before that I was an Inbound call centre agent. I have earned a reputation as a quick learner who easily bridges the gap between management initiatives and workplace solutions.
