Projects • Cross-Sell Analysis (Using Market Basket Analysis) - Recommended the top 3 highest likelihood products to be cross sold to the existing customers. It helped client in increasing the revenue from the existing customers. • Runway Analysis – To estimate the potential Cross Sell dollar ($) opportunity to existing customers for each product • Customer Attrition Model (Using Logistic Regression) - To identify the customers with a high probability of attrition vs low probability of attrition • Customer Segmentation Model (Using CHAID Decision Tree) - To identify the key metrics for customer attrition. It helped client identifying list of high risk customers and taking corrective measures to retain them. • Customer Segmentation Model (Using CHAID Decision Tree) - To identify the segments with highest penetration rate. This helped client in targeting the prospects falling in segments which have a highest penetration rate there by reducing the cost of contacting prospects • Prospect Prioritisation – A scoring algorithm has been developed to prioritise the prospects based on the different parameters like Revenue, R&D Spend, Number of Employees, Net Profit, etc. It helped the client to target right set of prospects which have a high probability of conversion. • Lead a team of 3 members for the data extraction work for prospect prioritisation. • Marketing Campaign Management • Identifying the campaigns which worked well and which didn’t. • Campaigns that are generated more cash (ROI Analysis). • Campaigns that are generated more prospective leads (Lead Volume). • Finding lead velocity i.e. the number of days a lead is taking to convert into sales from the creation date. Monthly Reports • Marketing Operational Report (PPT) – Overview of marketing leads in all stages, lead pipeline and contract value by various cuts such as Region, Channel, Source, etc. Tabulates various KPIs such as lead movement, dollar value per lead, conversion rates, MoM growth in pipeline and contract value. • Reaxys Consortium Dashboard – Overview of the usage by various Rx Consortia broken up by its active/inactive members with some KPIs to judge their performance.
