I am a Doctorate from Hyderabad Central University with an above average academic record. I was awarded University Gold Medal in Public Administration (B.A) and Political Science (M.A). Teaching (Public Policy) at Masters Levels and Research on Governance Reforms and Planning has been my key areas of interest in the last 10 years. Presently with the AP Planning Department, I am involved in analyzing data and generating reports on understanding developmental status quo, discerning potential and policy options and review developmental interventions in Social Sector fields by the AP Government. Focused research, clear thinking, simple and concise presentation of issues and measures, effective review and an ability to generate sector wise action plans to take developmental plans ahead is something that I have been effectively and efficiently conducting in the past.

Analysis Reports on topics like Annual Plan and Review of Annual Plans, Sarva Siksha Abhyan Assessment, Skill Development in Andhra Pradesh Rural Drinking Water, Health and ICDS Programme, Minority Welfare, SC & ST Sub Plan, Rachha Banda have been generated in the past year.
Irrigation and Command Area Development AP

Senior Professional in the “Center for Knowledge Sharing” Irrigation & Command Area Development in charge of studying and analyzing Participatory Irrigation Management (PIM) process. The effort was to relate the disparate methods, tools and processes adopted in implementing PIM through different mediums like Website, Newsletter, Monographs, Articles and Books A critical part of the assignment with I&CAD was researching the efficacy of the concept of water entitlement and explore an alternative to this contentious issue. Job profile included building up a strong factual and conceptual case against the trend of conferring of Water Rights underlining its ideological inconsistency with the ‘Doctrine of Public Trust’ that the Indian system subscribes to Out of the several initiatives like preparing working papers on Tool Book for Irrigation Management, Water Rights and Regulation, Water Management, The huge potential of Minor Irrigation, Minor Irrigation and Conjunctive use of Ground Water, that were planned and initiated, it is the work on Participatory Irrigation Management that gives a brief insight into the entire gamut of reform process which was eventually published.
