Good logo design job.

This is a small, 1 week job with 19 points to do. They got upfront a very detailed description 15 pages, with print screens etc. No questions asked, all was clear. They got fully paid 1. none of the 19 points was done fully, overall maybe 30% done, but they claim 95% done 2. communications is poor, got messages here and emails - without details, request to check, but none of my comments where adjusted - I mentioned over and over again 3. I believe they subcontracted the work, as some one - which i did not know - contacted me here saying he/she was working on my site (so they give other access without my acceptance) 4. What is done (30%) they were over a month late 5. although my details, comments, checks - they never went into details to discuss 6. they wanted to get more projects, but i insisted to finish first the current project 7. although promise to talk immediately online, they did not shown up, only 1,5 day later 8. So i stopped the project, there is no convidence 9. Later chat online - the senior was not aware of project status and messages i did send before Too bad, lost money, lost time and have to find another programmer
