Handling production interface, despatch planning, Central Excise statutory formalities like MODVAT (RT12 and RG-23A), Gate Passes, etc; Octroi related issues, In-transit Insurance, etc. 5. Active involvement in Software QA, Technical Documentation and Vendor-Interface for TCMS-E & H (PC-based Telephone Call Management System for EPABX at Offices and Hotels), a product they had designed to interface with 128-Port EPABX using C-DOT technology they had indigenously developed for the Telecom Research Centre under Department of Electronics.
