I am an HR generalist with more than 28 years of experience in all facets of HR. I am ET(HR) 4 th batch of NTPC. I worked for NTPC at Aurayia, Allahabad, Delhi at Plant , Regional Office & Corporate Office , for more than 20 years and left as DGM HR in 2008. It was my fortune that I could learn and collect lot many noteworthy experiences at NTPC in the area of HR, Recruitment, Welfare, Training, IR, Admn. My Company scored 88% at Aeon Hewitt Survey and 85% at Great Place to work. At present I am with Reliance Infra since 2008 as Head HR at Mumbai and taking care of HR, Admn, Welfare, Recruitment, CSR, and related functions of Reliance Transmission vertical on Pan India basis. All administrative issues like establishment of offices etc at our multi location sites ranging from Gurgaon, Haryana; Bhubaneswar , Orissa, Ropar, Punjab and Bilaspur & Sundernagar in Himachal. I have been successful in taking care of all recruitment, placement, training, and rescheduling of manpower in our company since very beginning. It is a matter of pride to me that I could fulfil all recruitment needs of my Company since inception, without incurring any financial expenditure. I have been Guide to colleagues/ students for OJT/ Internship/ Summer training for their Courses of MBA/ PGDM at IGNOU/ Amity/ NIPM/ AIMA/ IMT etc.
