Job Description: Join one of India's leading healthcare technology companies as the Human Resources (HR) Executive. You will support teams in India and US and lead recruitment of the best candidates, no matter where they are.
Roles & Responsibilities
Role will deliver and manage HR services for our India and US-based teams, including recruitment efforts
Deliver all aspects of HR services during an employee’s life cycle
Lead on employee relations, engagement, wellness and other programs to make Ambi a great place to work
Maintain employee data, run taxes and payroll
Actively seek opportunities to build relationships, partner, and demonstrate the value we can deliver to our leaders
Eligibility
Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience
Ability to multitask between strategic planning, people centric design, and hands-on operational excellence
Excellent record of working in a fast paced, high growth (preferably technology) organization
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and associated regulations
Excellent problem solving skills and excited by new challenges and handling multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: US shift
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus
Experience: HR: 3 years (Preferred)
Language: Read and write English fluently (Preferred)
