Needs to hire 5 Freelancers my company is startup , our current project is online research , operating my business from home . I need a virtual team for my current project I will provide 5000 rupees monthly ($75 us dollars) 9 to 6 working time..Freelance basis recession time I will provide increment after 4 months only , freshers preferred or college students may be BSC BCA IT CS(8 hrs) day shift or night shift , flexible only i need full time workers i need guys within 10 days location does not matter ,remote work i will train them online and support them i need recruiter to hire and interview them i will validate the leads with small test online selected guys ,must completely dedicated to my project i will install monitoring agents on workers pc so don't target freelancers or other agency workers because i can do it , already some projects are out sourced 20 days will be training u need to filter and do a strict interview by a interview and simple online test Condition 1 : skilled guys , not ones who willing to make money Condition 2 : my project only , i will monitor all system activities using my agent installed i test your profiles with my own interview and online test who proved , will be selected at least 250 candidates must be analyzed for a good team My Team Requirement : Visual basic 6 programmers(two needed) Online researchers (Eight) Virtual assistants Six so i will filter them with your guidance and support i provide a small test to filter out best ones So i need a freelance recruiter to help me to hire best guys for my project Project Type: Ongoing project You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: Condition 1 : Am hiring experts or some thing else , to do hiring for me , am not hiring any one from upwork , so don't post WE HAVE TEAM LIKE THAT........I LIKE TO WORK LIKE THIS i need some one to finish within budget , i know its too hard but i will provide bonus once i get what i need , i need 18 guys at first , first milestone for this is between $50-100 ,agree ? I don't need agencies or freelancers i need individuals , i will check every one and monitor all work using my software , if anything seems suspicious i will cancel contract , so try to get freshers , no agency workers or freelancers ,understand ? IS OK atleast collect some 200-300 candidates profiles and filter them , i will do same using online test , i need talents not online workers . i can find guys on my own , but i need good tech support for hiring a best team for my work .
