Need data of listed Indian companies that are declared every quarter and published on stock exchanges (NSE/BSE). Currently, data is needed for about 700 listed companies. This list will grow with time. Data is published by companies every quarter during a 45 day period. Will provide dates on which company is publishing the data. You will have to download the pdf file from the Exchange, read the required fields below, put them into an Excel file and upload that file to a shared Google Drive folder. This project will repeat every quarter. The uploaded data will be checked randomly for correctness and penalty will be applied for wrongful data entry and mistakes. Fields required to be entered are - From Income Statement Sales, Other Income, Depreciation and Amortization Expense, Interest Expense, Profit Before Tax, Net Profit, Total Comprehensive Income - From Shareholding Statement Total Shares Outstanding - Balance Sheet Net Fixed Assets, Capital Work In Progress, Inventories, Total Equity Capital, Minority Interest, Preferred Capital, Goodwill on Consolidation, Goodwill, Intangible Assets, Short Term Debt, Long Term Debt Few additional fileds may be added in the future to the above list. Balance sheet data is published quarterly by selected companies only. Hence workload wil be higher for Sep and Mar quarters compared to Jun and Dec quarters. Person working on this project will need to be familiar with reading Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Shareholding statements. Consolidated data should be read where available in preference to Standalone data. Data will have to be read within 12 hours of being published to the Exchanges.
