We are expanding our team. Currently we are in need of an Assistant for us. Responsibilities: Emailing proposal to clients Calling client to bring new business Social Media postings to bring client Maintain the worksheet of each freelancer Handling the payment sheet Recruiting new freelancers, full time employees and part time employees I already have a team of 4 writers. Looking for someone go can handle the entire process along with business development. It is not a job for Data Entry Operators, therefore such applications won't be accepted. I am willing to hire a fresher with good communication skill. For the first three month, the candidate will be given training. Pay rate for the first three months - Rs.100/hour. After three months the candidate will be offered salary+incentive. Apply only if you are fine with the above terms.
